Pies can be purchased either 'Fully-baked'
or 'Green'.
A 'Green' pie is one where the filling is cooked but the pastry is not - this is a very good way to store pies in the freezer. Oven Cooking Advice is as follows:

'Fully-baked' Pies
To re-heat from chilled - small 25 mins, large 35 mins at 180 Degs C or Gas Mark 5
To re-heat from frozen - defrost fully in a refigerator; then cook as for chilled
Green' Pies
To cook from chilled - small 30 mins, large 35 mins at 180 Degs C or Gas Mark 5
To cook from frozen - allow 55 mins at 180 Degs C or Gas Mark 5.

For best results allow to thaw first.
